Bio:
David Blake Willis, PhD, is a professor of human and organizational development, anthropology and education for Fielding Graduate School. He is the co-author of Transcultural Japan: Being Others in the Borderlands of Race, Class, and Identity and Japanese Education in Transition 2001: Radical Perspectives on Cultural and Political Transformation, along with many article and book chapters on education, transnational culture, and cultural identity. Dr. Willis teaches the Challenges of Midlife and Elderhood class.
