Developing the practical skills to understand organizational cultures and teach organizations large and small how to adapt in positive ways, students will examine a variety of relevant topics, including:

  • Organizational transformation
  • Theories and models
  • Modern approaches to change
  • Workplace culture, ethics, organizational systems and ethics

Able to critically evaluate organizational needs, graduates of this program will be able to envision and facilitate the needed transformation. They will have the opportunity to apply these highly-valued skills in a variety of leadership roles, including business, nonprofit, government, and education. In addition to holding leadership positions in various organizations, these professionals may choose to become consultants.
