Formats
Individually Mentored
are offered to individual students who work through a Learning Guide with an instructor. For further information regarding Individually Mentored courses go to Learning Guides.
Online Courses
are offered in the eCollege online environment to a cohort of students as a group, creating an interactive learning environment for engaging with course material, instructors and an active learning community. This format provides students with a greater degree of structure and guidance for completing the course as well as the opportunity for instructor and peer interaction in the online discussion boards. Many students find the additional structure provided by this format to be helpful in maintaining focus and moving forward in the course. For descriptions of online courses consult the Saybrook Catalogue or go to Online Courses section of this page.
