Saybrook’s PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) in Clinical Psychology is an innovative program designed to prepare the next generation of humanistic practitioner-scholars and shape the future of clinical practice. Students who participate in this program will gain the skills and knowledge needed to:
  • Promote health and wholeness as practitioners;
  • Pursue rigorous research as scholars; and
  • Effect positive change through service and leadership in their chosen clinical field.

Saybrook’s PsyD program has been designed for students who seek a career in clinical psychology. The program will enroll its first cohort students in fall 2008 and annually each fall thereafter. Students who already have a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field will be admitted into the program beginning in fall 2009.
