Click Here to see the flyer for the 2012 Combat Stress Conference. We have openings for presenters.
Page two of the flyer allows speakers to indicate their first and second choice (in terms of day and time) for when they wish to speak. At this moment we have room for three six-hour one-day pre-conference courses on Wednesday and two on Thursday. The plenary sessions at the conference are 75 minutes (plus Q&A) each in the morning and there are two each day. The afternoon sessions are 45 minutes (plus Q&A) and there are three each day.

Renee Levi and Michael Conforti will explore multiple dimensions of the spirit of place. Using excerpts from recent research, stories and experiences, and images that recur in public places, Michael and Renee will engage in a free-form dialogue that aims to provoke your thinking, evoke your emotions, and invoke your sensitivity to the powers of place in everyday life.
Dr Renee Levi
Renee Levi is former Director of Research and Founding Steward of the Powers of Place Initiative, a Fetzer Institute-supported project exploring the influence of place, space and environment on collective transformation toward positive change in the world. She has been involved with other Fetzer Institute-funded research initiatives, including the Collective Wisdom Initiative.
Renee is also principal of Resonance Consulting, a leadership and organization development consulting firm specializing in executive coaching, organizational research, strategic planning, small and large group facilitation and change management.
An alumna of Saybrook University ('03) with a Ph.D. in Organization Systems, Renee is currently serving as Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees of Saybrook University. Her doctoral dissertation, Group Magic: An Inquiry into Experiences of Collective Resonance, established a field for further inquiry into this new aspect of group dynamics through The Resonance Project. Her work has been published in numerous scholarly journals.
