The members of LIOS Graduate College's administrative team are exceptionally well-qualified and highly committed to the College's principles of leadership, taught to current students through experiential education and practiced by LIOS alumni in a variety of professions.

As LIOS administrators, we can be called upon not only for specialized expertise but also for ongoing guidance and support as prospective enrollees become current students, and ultimately, alumni.

Shelley Drogin, Ed.D.

With over 20 years as an educator, consultant, manager, leader and speaker, Dr. Drogin specializes in leadership and organizational development, project and business management, team development, and whole systems thinking. Highly effective and creative, he offers others the benefit of his experience, working knowledge and effective communication skills.

Dr. Drogin’s numerous accomplishments include directing the construction of a multi-million dollar performing arts center for the Findhorn Foundation, Scotland, and leading the Quality Training and Education Center for the Material Division, Boeing Company. He has consulted with Alaska Airlines, Port of Tacoma, Snohomish PUD, Boeing, Seattle University, and others. He has coached executives of numerous organizations including Port of Seattle, Safeco, and Seattle City Light. In addition to LIOS Graduate College, Dr. Drogin has taught at Seattle University, University of Washington, University of Phoenix, and City University.

Community and spiritual development are deeply held values in his life and he serves his community in various ways including as Vice-President of the Board of the Fine Arts Center of Edmonds. Appreciative Inquiry, an organizational philosophy that values the life-affirming forces of organizations, informs most aspects of his work and his life. When he isn’t working, you can usually find him bicycling, kayaking, woodworking or exploring the great outdoors.

Judy Heinrich has more than thirty years experience consulting with leaders in major corporations, governmental entities, schools, non-profit organizations, and family-owned businesses throughout the United States and Canada. She has provided coaching and consulting to a wide spectrum of executives--CEOs, Plant Managers, Regional Presidents, Executive Director of a State agency, Circuit Court Justices, and College Administrators and School Superintendents--to increase their leadership capacity and improve business results.

For twenty years she taught graduate-level students the theories, principles, and skills of interpersonal communication, systems management, and organizational behavior while on the faculty of the Leadership Institute of Seattle. She also served a term as CEO of its subsidiary, LIOS Consulting Corporation.

Some of the organizations she has worked with include Shell Canada, Alcoa Aluminum, Eugene Water and Electric Board, Washington Health Network, Washington State Hospital Association, AT&T Bell Laboratories, US West, Northwest Hospital, Stevens Hospital, Pacific Lutheran University, Bastyr University, King County District Court, Molson Brewing Company, Starbucks Coffee, PECO Energy, Seattle Public Utilities, Washington State Department of Trade and Economic Development, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Bellingham School District, Seattle Public Schools and Highline School District, Microsoft, PATH.
