For 40 years, LIOS has focused on advanced leadership studies in two areas of specialization: Psychology (Systems Counseling) and Organizational Systems (Leadership and Organization Development).

Whether your goal is personal growth and/or career advancement, your studies at LIOS can be tailored to suit your needs without disrupting your working life. LIOS graduates in Psychology and Organizational Systems are widely respected and in great demand in their professional communities.

A LIOS education is for life

Our internationally respected approach to leadership education is truly unique. Integrity and self-awareness are practical ideals that inform both graduate programs. Honing their collaborative and communication skills, LIOS students join and remain members of a supportive and diverse learning community throughout their two-year graduate program and beyond. The LIOS learning process is transformative and highly experiential. Instead of ivory tower theorizing and rote-learning, our students consistently test what they are taught in real-world situations, putting theory into action within the crucible of their learning cohort, personally guided by deeply committed faculty.

Our hallmark is academic excellence. Our mission is to graduate practitioners who are agents of positive and sustainable change—in the workplace and the community. Learn about our progressive brand of education at our next Taste of LIOS, an information session featuring the College's faculty and admissions staff.
