 I am on the adjunct faculties at The University of Virginia,the Saybrook Institute, and the Federal Executive Institute. I teach graduate and undergraduate courses on leadership, organizational change, organizational behavior, creativity, and system theories. I have a small number of organizational consulting clients in the private and public sectors.
