 Dr. Khamsi is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, and has been in private practice in San Francisco and the North Bay for 30 years.  In addition, he has been an academic advisor at Saybrook Graduate School since 2002.

The phenomenology of feeling, emotional expression in psychotherapy, the influence and encroachment of pharmaceutical corporations, and issues pertaining to human sexuality and death and dying.

My dissertation research involved the phenomenology of emotion in depth psychotherapy.

Academic advising and information about licensure, based on 20 years of teaching and 30 years of clinical practice.
