PhD with Specialization in Creativity Studies
Program Overview
Creativity is increasingly recognized as a vital part of both a healthy psyche and a thriving economy -- but despite extraordinary work in the field, there is still much about creativity that we do not understand.
Saybrook's PhD in Psychology specializing in Creativity Studies is designed for those who wish to find compelling answers to the questions creativity raises, and make a meaningful contribution to the field. Students will:
- Investigate environments that support and discourage creativity
- Explore how people find new ways of processing information to find innovative solutions
- Discover new frameworks for the familiar
By the conclusion of the program students will be developing their own questions and researching answers that will impact the way creativity is understood and applied in the world.
