Mark Craemer is an experienced leadership coach and organization development consultant focused on helping clients find clarity and commitment to more effectively communicate and collaborate with others in the workplace.
Prior to founding Craemer Consulting, Mark spent more than 25 years managing projects and groups in corporate, small business and non-profit environments. He was instrumental in launching and promoting products and services at several Seattle-based software and internet companies, including Aldus Corporation, Concur Technologies and Click2Learn. Mark also worked for and continues to volunteer with many non-profit organizations. Regardless of the environment, he’s found that it isn’t the technical problems or business issues that are most challenging, but in the relationships of the people working on them.
His area of focus is on workplace communication, conflict negotiation, team building, strategic planning, change management, leadership coaching and other employee engagement programs. Mark has a master’s degree in applied behavioral science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Saybrook University as well as a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Oregon.
