Conference Fees
-
Residential Orientation:
An orientation fee covers the cost of meals, conference materials, and meeting space. Other conference expenses, such as lodging
and transportation, are the responsibility of the student. The fee for the RO must be prepaid at the time of admissions acceptance
and is non-refundable.
Residential Conferences:
A fee for attending two Residential Conferences (RC) a year is required. These fees include the cost of registration, meals,
conference materials, and meeting space. Lodging and transportation to and from the conference is the responsibility of each
student. Prepaying these fees reserves a student's place at the conference. Conferences last for seven days, and students are
informed of costs in advance. Fees are due by Registration Deadlines,
and future loan disbursements can not be used for current payment obligations.

Other Fees
-
Returned Checks:
If the bank returns a student's check, a $25 fee will be charged. Checks will not be re-deposited. If a student's check is
returned more than once, Saybrook will no longer accept personal checks from that student. All payments will then be required to
be made by cashier's check or money order.
Additional Costs:
Students typically employ a variety of learning resources based on their degree and concentration such as additional conferences,
graduate courses at other colleges and universities, computer library searches, professional training, individual learning consultants,
seminars, etc. The costs of these additional learning resources are the responsibility of the student. Students should also be prepared
to meet other costs such as books, travel, expenses associated with meeting with faculty, learning consultants, etc.
