Password Changes



First Issue
Students are initially given a random password to gain access to SMS, the entire Saybrook student web, and eCollege (if you are registered for an Online class).

Change
To change your password:
  • login to SMS
  • select "Change Password" from the main menu
The password change will be effective immediately in SMS, but will take one business day to be changed for the website and 24-48 business hours for eCollege.

Note: Your password for the website and eCollege is sourced from SMS. It is not possible to create individual passwords for each database.
