The Office of the Registrar maintains accurate academic records for each student who enrolls at Saybrook University, and provides timely, accurate, and responsive services to students, faculty, staff, and the public. The Registrar oversees course management, registration, transcripts and degree certification and manages the retention, access, and control of academic records for present and past Saybrook students.
Enrollment Services Coordinators
Students in the Graduate Colleges of Mind-Body Medicine and Psychology and Humanistic Studies are assigned an Enrollment Services Coordinator (ESC) who is their primary connection to all services at Saybrook. ESCs are responsible for the maintenance of student records and assist students with all registration activities, such as course enrollments, program changes, leaves of absence, and transcripts. They also, in collaboration with faculty mentors and Degree Chairs, assist students in program planning and refer students to the appropriate faculty, administrator, or staff member as necessary.
For students enrolled in LIOS Graduate College, the LIOS Academic Administration Services Department is your first point of contact for all registration matters, and this department serves as the primary liaison with Saybrook University for all students with respect to enrollment, grades, and graduation.
Academic Records Services
Students and alumni may obtain official transcripts from the Office of the Registrar. Only written requests with the student’s legal signature are honored. The following information is required (typed or clearly written): student’s full name; phone number; address to which the transcript is to be sent; a check, money order, or credit card number for the fee, $10; and the student’s signature.
Transcripts will not be issued if a student has an unpaid balance, or is withdrawn not-in-good-standing for failure to meet financial obligations. Note: No electronic signatures can be accepted for transcript requests.
Written requests for transcripts are accepted only by USPS or facsimile. The request must be from the student authorizing the release of the transcript.
