Monika Landenhamer

Monika Landenhamer (MLIS, MA, AbD) has been with Saybrook University since 2002. From 2002-2005, she served as Distance Education Librarian and co-developed and co-taught the Information Competency and Library Use course. Since Spring 2009, Monika has taught the Information Competency and Library Use Course for the School of Mind-Body Medicine and since 2011 for the School of Organizational Leadership and Transformation. From Spring 2013 to 2014, she also taught the Graduate Academic Writing course for MBM. Beginning in Fall 2014, she will teach Graduate Academic Writing for OLT students and provide additional individual writing support. She is an independent academic coach, editor, and proofreader for essays, proposals, and dissertations. Monika served as a translator/editor for an esoteric psychology project. Her academic background in Eastern philosophy and religion is paired with business experience, having worked at Yahoo! and with Google Search before joining Saybrook University. She has a personal interest in alternative and complementary medicine, mindfulness meditation, and yoga."
