I practice as a therapist in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). I also practice executive coaching and co-founder coaching to support leadership development of individuals and organizations. In my private practice in San Francisco www.sashalustgarten.com. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and business partners to improve insight, clarify communication, and strengthen key relationships.
I received my Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. As an adjunct faculty member at Saybrook University, I have taught classes in advanced family systems and working with older generations. I enjoy teaching and supporting students to learn new material and understand how it applies in actual practice, all while developing a deeper understanding of self and how to best apply the unique gift that each student has to offer.
