The Office of the Registrar maintains accurate academic records for each student who enrolls at Saybrook University, and provides timely, accurate, and responsive services to students, faculty, staff, and the public. The Registrar oversees course management, registration, transcripts and degree certification. Saybrook University works with the National Student Clearinghouse for all transcript orders. Transcripts may be ordered online.
Transcript requests will not be processed if the student has an outstanding obligation (i.e. Financial Hold, Library Hold, etc.). Students must clear any outstanding obligations with the appropriate offices.
Processing Time and Fees
There is a charge of $10 per transcript. Transcripts received after 8 AM Pacific Time are typically processed next business day. However, processing may take up to 5 business days during peak times of the year (i.e. during Residential Conferences and at the end of a semester)
There is an additional $2.25 processing fee per destination
Transcript held for grades or degree posting will not be processed until after grades and/or degrees are posted, typically a minimum of 3 – 6 weeks after the end of a semester.
Transcript Delivery Options
Electronic PDF – After processing, your transcript recipient will be emailed a link to a secure Internet page where they can retrieve your official transcript. Upon that email notification, your credit card will be charged. The National Student Clearinghouse will guarantee that your recipient is notified that your transcript is ready for retrieval at the email address you provided when you placed the order; however, we cannot be responsible for whether or not your recipient retrieves or accepts the transcript. This is a new technology service, so we suggest you contact your recipient in advance and verify they are willing to accept your transcript via this delivery method
FedEx International – After processing transcript will be sent via FedEx International Priority
FedEx United States – After processing transcript will be sent via FedEx Standard Overnight
Hold for Pickup – After processing, the transcript will be available for pickup at the Office of the Registrar
Mail – After processing, the transcript will be mailed to the recipient via regular 1st-class US mail

LIOS Students Graduated under Bastyr University:
**Please note that Saybrook does not maintain records for students who graduated from LIOS while under the auspices of Bastyr University. Such student records are maintained by Bastyr, and request for those transcripts must be made directly to Bastyr University. **
Saybrook University is a participant in the National Student Clearinghouse, a central repository that maintains enrollment information for over 2800 US colleges and universities across the United States. Third parties who wish to verify student enrollment must contact the Clearinghouse directly at http://www.studentclearinghouse.org/.
