I completed my graduation in Ayurvedic Medicine (BAMS) and my post-graduation, Doctor of Ayurvedic Internal Medicine (MD) from the University of Mumbai in India. After completing my education, my passion to heal, serve and educate the community led me to develop my independent practice as an Ayurveda practitioner and teacher. Ever since then, I have been actively involved in practicing Ayurveda and educating the community about this fascinating ancient medicine.
I am currently an adjunct faculty in the Mind-Body Medicine program in the Saybrook University. I have successfully developed a curriculum for the Ayurvedic Medicine and Ayurvedic Nutrition program in the Saybrook University. It has been an enriching experience to share this wealth of knowledge and illuminate the path for the upcoming Ayurveda practitioners. Through the practice of Ayurveda I am able to follow the passion within me, to serve and heal the community in the best way possible.
I firmly believe that life has to be lived mindfully, living every moment to its fullest and for this the foremost important need is a healthy mind and body. Striving to attain a state of optimal balance within our mind and body will allow us to enjoy our lives as well as help the society to our level best.
