Carey Cadieux

Carey S. Clark, Ph.D., RN, AHN-BC, RYT, FAAN

Dr. Carey Clark is a registered nurse, yoga teacher, Reiki master, board-certified advanced holistic nurse, and a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing. Her practice background includes working with patients in acute care, psychiatric, pediatric, home health, hospice, parish nursing, and camp nursing settings. Dr. Clark has taught in the online environment since 2004, working with nursing and interdisciplinary graduate students across the levels of education. She has many publications focusing on cannabis care, caring and holistic outcomes in nursing education, and adverse childhood experiences. Dr. Clark is the Past President of the American Cannabis Nurses Association and the editor of Clark's Cannabis: A handbook for nurses. Dr. Clark focuses on ensuring that students have a rich online learning experience and that they can apply the content studied to both their personal and professional lives.
