Jei Pearcey is a Doctor of Psychology with a focuses in stress, mystical/spiritual experiences, and psychophysiology. They are a USAF veteran (OEF), with over 20 years of experience working with veterans, victims in crisis, and students of all backgrounds, providing mindfulness and stress management techniques, education, and programs. They specialize in psychophysiological mechanisms of stress, integrative modalities (guided meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, sensory deprivation), heart rate variability, sympathetic and parasympathetic mediation, and altered states of consciousness to improve quality of life. A passionate scientist and scholar dedicated to raising awareness about psychophysiological stress, its effects on the body and mind, and providing tools for individuals to understand and overcome psychophysiological deficiencies.
They currently serve as adjunct faculty at Saybrook University, the CEO of Corporate Stress Management Initiatives LLC, and as the Chief Sport and Performance Psychologist at the National Sports Association for Wellness and Mental Fitness. They aim to make the world a better place through these endeavors by reducing societal stress, designing programs to educate communities on the importance of holistic health, and raising awareness on microbial health as a facet of human health
