Kathy Soverow

Kathy S. Soverow's, Ph.D., M.S., M.Ed. expertise is in Mindbody/Lifestyle Medicine with a specialization in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. She holds NBC-HWC, ACC, LMC, and Trauma-sensitive HeartMath® certifications. Having been a CBT for 30+ years, integrating coaching psychology within her skill set and private practice has been seamless. Kathy is an Adjunct Professor for the University of Bridgeport (CT) and for the Mind-Body Medicine department and Integrative Wellness Coaching program at Saybrook University. She also serves as chair and committee member for dissertation students at both universities.
