Biography

Kimberley Cox holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology and a certificate of advanced training in Ecopsychology. In addition to 18 years of experience teaching and mentoring in online doctoral programs, Dr. Cox has held numerous academic and applied research positions. Her research interests, most broadly, include the application of social psychology concepts, theories, and methods to the understanding of social issues and environmental problems. She teaches foundational and advanced quantitative research courses, and serves as a quantitative research methodologist on dissertation committees. Dr. Cox is a core faculty member in the Department of Research and an associated faculty member in the Clinical Psychology doctoral program.
