Dr. Traci Meadows, a dedicated and accomplished individual who has recently achieved the remarkable milestone of completing a PhD in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. Dr. Meadows successfully defended her dissertation and completed a Ph.D. in Integrative and Functional Nutrition in the fall of 2023. The basis of her dissertation was to be a pioneering exploration into the intersection of accessibility and nutrition knowledge, with a particular focus on individuals with disabilities like herself. Building on the findings of her dissertation, Dr. Meadows' future research endeavors aim to shed light on the challenges faced by those with limited accessibility, especially in the context of nutrition knowledge.
