Biography

Dr. Renée LLewellyn is an experienced higher education leader with more than 20 years of service as a professor, academic chair, dissertation chair, curriculum developer, instructional designer, and faculty manager. She currently serves as an Administrative Faculty Manager for the College of Business at Trident University International, where she oversees faculty performance, academic quality, curriculum initiatives, accreditation support, and student success efforts.

Dr. LLewellyn earned a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Master of Business Administration with dual concentrations in Management and Labor Relations and Marketing from Cleveland State University. Throughout her career, she has taught undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students across public, private, and community college settings.

Her research interests include transformational leadership, faculty development, generational differences in education and the workplace, belongingness, academic integrity, artificial intelligence in higher education, and organizational effectiveness. Dr. LLewellyn is passionate about mentoring doctoral students and creating learning environments that encourage critical thinking, scholarly inquiry, and the practical application of research to solve complex organizational challenges.
